Justin Shepard

Justin Shepard has extensive experience in financial and strategic roles. Justin currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Claravine. Prior to this, they founded and operated Invictus Consulting Group, a boutique consulting firm specializing in financial, strategic, and operational services for SaaS and Life Sciences companies. Justin has also held CFO positions at Flytedesk, Clear Ballot Group, and Brand Networks, where they managed various functions including finance, accounting, human resources, legal, and operations. Justin has experience in M&A initiatives and ensuring regulatory compliance. Earlier in their career, Justin worked at Retroficiency as the Director of Finance and at PwC and Grant Thornton in financial due diligence and audit roles respectively. Justin started their career as a Financial Reporting Intern at SEI Investments.

Justin Shepard's education history includes a Master of Science in Accounting from the Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business, a Study Abroad program in Business Administration from QUT (Queensland University of Technology), and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Stonehill College.

In addition, Justin has obtained certifications, including Claravine Academy Admin 300, Claravine Academy Manager 200, Claravine Training for New Users from Claravine, and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Massachusetts.
