Johanny De La Paz, EdD, MSM has a comprehensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Johanny is currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources at ClareMedica Health Partners since November 2022. Prior to this, they held the same role at VativoRx, LLC from January 2022 to January 2023, where they were responsible for various HR functions including compliance audits, employment law practices, talent acquisition, and compensation analysis.

From August 2019 to December 2021, Johanny worked as the Vice President of Human Resources at Independent Living Systems, LLC. Before that, they served as the Sr. Director of Human Resources from January 2017 to February 2019, and as the Recruiting Manager from April 2014 to February 2017.

Earlier in their career, from February 2006 to April 2014, Johanny worked as an Employer Consultant at South Florida Workforce.

Johanny De La Paz, EdD, MSM began their education journey at St. Thomas University in 2004, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Criminalistics and Criminal Science. Johanny completed their undergraduate studies in 2008. Motivated to further their academic achievements, they returned to St. Thomas University in 2009 to pursue a Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations, which they completed in 2011. Building upon their knowledge and experience, Johanny then undertook a Doctor of Education - EdD program in Business Administration and Management, General at St. Thomas University, which spanned from 2015 to 2020. Through their education, Johanny De La Paz has developed expertise in criminalistics, criminal science, and business administration, paving the way for a well-rounded professional career.
