Harshal Rawade

Harshal Rawade has a diverse work experience spanning various technical program management roles. Harshal is currently working at Clari as a Senior Technical Program Manager, starting in January 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Qualys as a Technical Program Manager from November 2020 to January 2022.

Harshal also has experience at MindTickle, where they held multiple roles. From June 2018 to November 2020, they worked as a Technical Program Manager, responsible for program management, scrum facilitation, and project delivery. Before that, from April 2017 to June 2018, they served as a Technical Product Manager, leading the setup of the QA team and processes. Harshal also worked as a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer from February 2015 to April 2017.

Their earlier experiences include working as a Senior QA Engineer at Fab.com from November 2013 to January 2015, as a Software Test Engineer at Emtec Inc. (Zillow) from October 2012 to November 2013, and as a QA Engineer at Synerzip (Quickoffice-Google) from May 2011 to October 2012.

Harshal started their career as an Engineer Intern at ClearPoint from March 2011 to May 2011.

Harshal pursued their Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree from Sinhgad Institute of Management and Computer Applications from 2008 to 2011. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) degree from Bharati Vidyapeeth and I.M.E.D, Pune, from 2005 to 2008.

Before joining their undergraduate studies, Harshal completed their Higher Secondary Certificate in Science from Poona College of Arts, Commerce and Science between 2003 and 2005. Harshal also attended Irwin Christian High School for their High School education from 2002 to 2003, where they obtained their High School diploma.

In addition to their formal education, Harshal Rawade has acquired various certifications. Harshal achieved the Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in December 2022. Other certifications include Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Scrum Alliance in May 2019, and Scrum Foundation Professional Certificate from CertiProf in October 2020. Harshal also pursued several online courses, such as "Initiating and Planning Projects" from Coursera in May 2020, and "Reviews & Metrics for Software Improvements" from Coursera in October 2017.

Recently, Harshal has obtained several certifications from LinkedIn, including "Agile Requirements Foundations," "Business Analysis Foundations," "Business Analyst and Project Manager Collaboration," "Project Management Foundations: Requirements," "Requirements Elicitation and Analysis," "Requirements Elicitation for Business Analysts: Interviews," and "What Is Business Analysis?" in July 2023.
