Aurel Grau

Aurel Grau has over 15 years of experience in performance and reward management, currently serving as the Head of Performance & Reward at Clariant since March 2021. Prior to this role, Aurel Grau held various positions at EY from February 2008 to March 2021, including Associate Partner and Senior Manager in People Advisory Services. Aurel Grau earned a Diplom-Kaufmann degree in Betriebswirtschaftslehre from the University of Cologne between 2001 and 2007.
