Mani.s. Narayan

Mani.S. Narayan has extensive work experience in the chemical industry. Mani.S. is currently the Head of Global Marketing for Crop Solutions at Clariant, a position they have held since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Michelman from 2017 to 2022, where they served as the Business Development & Global Key Account Management role from 2018 to 2022. Mani.S. also held the position of Asia Pacific Head of Technology & Operations from 2017 to 2018. Before joining Michelman, Narayan worked at Syngenta from 2005 to 2017, where they held various roles such as Asia Pacific SMS Portfolio and NPI Lead, Asia Pacific Head of Technology, Asia Pacific Supply Chain - Manufacturing OPs Lead, and Global Technology and Projects Engineer. Mani.S. began their career at Bayer in 2002 as a Global Project Engineer and also worked at Hoechst AG as a Graduate Engineer specializing in Process Technologies and Engineering Simulation from 2001 to 2002.

Mani S. Narayan holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from the SP Jain School of Global Management. Mani.S. also has a Master's Degree in Chemical Engineering from FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional from APICS and in the Dale Carnegie Global Leadership Development Program from Dale Carnegie.
