Tatiana Berardinelli

Tatiana Berardinelli has extensive experience in human resources, holding various leadership roles in several companies. Tatiana is currently the Chief Human Resources Officer at Clariant, starting in August 2021. Prior to that, they worked at PPG Industries as the Global Head of People Operations from September 2020 to August 2021. Tatiana also served as the HR Director for various divisions within PPG Industries, including Global Architectural Coatings, Global Automotive, and Corporate Functions. Berardinelli also held HR director positions at Eastman Chemical Company and The Dow Chemical Company. Their roles at these companies spanned diverse responsibilities such as managing talent, compensation, and diversity and inclusion. Tatiana started their career at Rohm and Haas, where they held the positions of Manager of Employee Engagement and Human Resources Manager & LA Compensation and Benefits.

Tatiana Berardinelli received a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree from Universidad del Norte between 1993 and 1998. Later, they obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Business Administration from Jönköping International Business School from 1999 to 2000. In 2019-2020, they attended Cornell University for a program called Modern CHRO Role & Strategies for Success.
