Wilfred Dsouza has extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. Wilfred most recently held the role of Vice President - Talent & Culture at Claridges Collection, starting in August 2022. Prior to that, they were the Group Director - Talent & Culture at the same company from August 2021 to December 2022.
Before joining Claridges Collection, Wilfred worked at The Lodhi (previously an Aman Resort) as the Director of Training and Development from October 2011 to August 2017. Wilfred also had roles at The Oberoi Group as a Food and Beverage Manager from March 2009 to September 2011, and at Amanresorts as a Restaurant Manager and Assistant Food and Beverage Manager from October 2006 to March 2009.
Wilfred's early career includes positions at Oberoi Hotels & Resorts, where they served as a Food and Beverage Supervisor from June 2005 to October 2006 and as a Food and Beverage Assistant from June 2002 to June 2005.
Throughout their career, Wilfred has gained a wealth of experience in talent management, training, and food and beverage management.
Wilfred Dsouza pursued their education in a chronological manner. Wilfred first attended St Edwards School from 1986 to 1996 where they completed their Class 10th education. After that, they enrolled in St. Georges College Mussorie from 1997 to 1999, where they completed their Class 12th education with a focus on commerce. Finally, from 1999 to 2002, they attended the Institute of Hotel Management in Hyderabad, where they obtained a 3-year diploma in Hotel Management (Pusa) with a comprehensive study of all areas of hotels.
