Matthew Metzger

Matthew Metzger has a diverse work experience spanning across different industries. Matthew started their career at Adelphi University as the Assistant Coach and Head of Soccer Operations. Matthew then transitioned to Open Systems Technologies, where they worked as a Lead/Account Manager/Recruiter, with a focus on providing IT staffing solutions to financial institutions on Wall Street. Most recently, they joined Clarifai, a Series C company specializing in AI, as the Head of People, Talent & Culture. In this role, they were responsible for managing the global talent/people team, improving employee sentiment, and overseeing various HR functions such as budgets, headcount, immigration, benefits, and payroll.

Matthew Metzger attended Adelphi University from 2004 to 2008, where they completed their Bachelor's degree in Sports Marketing and Mathematics. Later, from 2010 to 2012, they pursued a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Marketing at the same institution, but did not complete the program.
