Wendy Dixon

Wendy Dixon possesses extensive experience in emergency medical services and equine training. Currently serving as a member of the Board of Directors for the Pennsylvania Equine Council and a horse trainer at Patriot Horsemanship, Wendy specializes in gentling Mustangs and equine learning activities. Wendy has a significant background as a paramedic, with roles at Clarion Hospital and various 911 dispatcher positions, including at Armstrong County 911 and Jefferson County Department of Emergency Services. Previous experience includes owning a construction services business, where responsibilities encompassed payroll, logistics, and damage prevention following incidents. Wendy holds an associate's degree in Veterinary/Animal Health Technology from Penn Foster and in Accounting and Business/Management from DuBois Business College, along with a certification in Animal-Assisted Therapy.
