Rachel Astle

Rachel Astle has diverse work experience in the real estate industry. Rachel began their career at CB Richard Ellis as a Tenant Coordinator from August 2008 to December 2009. Rachel then moved on to become an Assistant Property Manager at CB Richard Ellis from December 2009 to March 2011. Next, they joined Colony Realty Partners, LLC as a Leasing Coordinator from March 2011 to February 2014, and later transitioned into the role of Portfolio Analyst from February 2014 to March 2015. In 2015, Rachel Astle joined Clarion Partners LLC as an Associate in Asset Management from March 2015 to December 2017. Afterward, they progressed to the role of a Senior Associate in Asset Management at Clarion Partners LLC from January 2018 to January 2020. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President in Asset Management at Clarion Partners LLC since January 2020.

Rachel Astle attended the University of Connecticut from 2004 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate and Urban Economics.
