Richard Cook

Richard Cook is an experienced Group Executive in the housing sector, currently serving as the Group Director of Development at Clarion Housing Group since February 2019. In this role, Richard oversees the affordable and private housing development program across England, managing a pipeline of 15,000 new homes with a vision to deliver an additional 50,000 over the next decade. Prior to Clarion, Richard held key positions at Lendlease, including Head of Residential and Head of Design and Build Delivery for the London 2012 Athletes Village. Additional experience includes serving as Project Director at Mace Group and Managing Director at George Wimpey plc. Richard holds a First-Class Degree in Construction Management from Nottingham Trent University.
