Anthony Penner

Anthony Penner is an experienced human resources leader currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Clarios since 2023, where responsibilities include overseeing HR functions, advising senior leaders, and managing initiatives in talent management and employee relations. Prior to this role, Anthony held the position of Director of Human Resources for Joyson Safety Systems from 2015 to 2023 and served Key Safety Systems, Inc. as Corporate Human Resources & Global Recruiting Manager from 2004 to 2015. Anthony's career in HR began in 1995 as a Technical Recruiter at The Bartech Group, leading to progressively senior roles, including HR management at Commercial Vehicle Group. Anthony holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Human Resources Management from Central Michigan University.
