Erik Halverson

Erik Halverson is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in facility maintenance and continuous improvement. Currently serving as the Manager of Engineering, Continuous Improvement and Facility Maintenance at Clarios since April 2011, Erik previously held the position of Maintenance Manager at Johnson Controls, where responsibilities included managing a team of 18 maintenance technicians and overseeing facility maintenance activities. Erik's experience at Johnson Controls also includes work as a Manufacturing Engineer focused on capital equipment installation and process optimization through LEAN training. Prior to Johnson Controls, Erik worked as a Maintenance Engineer at SEH America, where tasks included equipment installation and modifications aimed at enhancing safety and performance. Erik holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Portland State University.
