Helmut Zodl

Helmut Zodl is an accomplished financial executive currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Clarios since September 2023, and a member of the Mission Advisory Board for The Society for Translational Oncology, where contributions focus on enhancing cancer care. With extensive experience in finance leadership roles, Helmut has held key positions including Chief Financial Officer at GE Healthcare, Group CFO at Midea Group, and Senior Vice President of Finance at Advance Auto Parts. Helmut's background also includes significant roles at Lenovo, where leadership spanned finance, operations, and strategic restructuring. Previous experience encompasses finance director roles at IBM and early career roles at PwC and Messer Group. Helmut holds a Master’s degree in IT and Economics from Technische Universität Wien, a Magister in Economics & Information Technology from the University of Vienna, and completed the CFO Leadership Program at Harvard Business School.
