Michal Gustafik

Michal Gustafik, FCCA, is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in management accounting and finance transformation. Currently serving as Finance Transformation Senior Manager at Clarios since January 2020, Michal previously held the position of Finance Director - Head of Management Accounting and EMEA Consolidation at Johnson Controls from May 2012 to December 2019, overseeing a substantial management accounting organization for the Europe region. Prior roles include Regional Finance Manager and positions at Dell, where responsibilities spanned EMEA consolidations and management of finance teams, as well as an early career as an Auditor Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Michal holds a Master's degree in International Business from Ekonomická univerzita v Bratislave and is a member of ACCA.
