Natalia Lykov

Natalia Lykov serves as the Director of Finance AM EMEA and Head of IAM Europe Controlling at Clarios since September 2018, leading the Finance Team and partnering with the VP Sales IAM Europe to manage over 800 million EUR in revenues. Prior experience includes roles at Johnson Controls from September 2012 to September 2018, where responsibilities encompassed Head of Logistics Controlling, FP&A Manager EMEA, and Finance Manager Export East, with oversight of significant supply chain costs and financial performance reporting. Earlier experience includes positions at Spectrum Brands, Inc. focused on pricing and sales control. Natalia Lykov holds a Diplom in Wirtschaftswissenschaften from Universität Bielefeld, obtained in 2007.
