Elena Lázaro

Elena L. has over a decade of experience in financial management and business planning, currently serving as Chief Expert on Business Planning and Controlling at RusHydro since March 2010. In this role, Elena has successfully defended 60 business plans for subsidiaries and played a key role in implementing an automated information system that significantly reduced production management costs. Prior to RusHydro, Elena was a Project Manager at TEK Mosenergo PJSC, where financial schemes for major projects were developed, and project management processes were supervised. Earlier experience includes serving as a Finance Manager at Mirax Group, where a financial team was established and significant loans were secured for construction projects. Elena holds a diploma in Modern Languages with a focus on intercultural communication from Moscow State University, along with education from the Russian Academy of Economics and State University of Management.
