Caroline Hipps

Caroline Hipps currently serves as Executive Director and Director of Community Engagement at Claritas Capital since January 2023, where responsibilities include expanding the Claritas ecosystem through partnerships with potential investors, portfolio companies, and advisors, while also working with the team on strategies and initiatives to enhance community impact in Nashville. Previously, Caroline held the positions of Chief Operating Officer and Director of Business Development at Wellspire from May 2014 to January 2023. Caroline holds a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership and a B.S. in Human and Organizational Development, both from Vanderbilt University.
