Caroline Sereyko

When Caroline joined Clarity in September 2014, she already had over ten years’ experience in the technology space, including as a Program Manager at Tangoe from their early startup stages in 2003 through their first public offering in 2011. She began her journey at Clarity as a Production Support Manager, assigning resources and managing the internal ticketing system. In 2016, Caroline was promoted to Production Support and Release Manager, tasked with managing internal work while aligning with vital protocols.

After transitioning to a Compliance and Release Manager, Caroline was promoted to Director in early 2019. In that role she oversees and develops the compliance program at Clarity by internally educating and enforcing industry policies and procedures, as well as partnering with clients to ensure they collectively maintain a high standard of ethical and compliant business practices.
