Jason Runyan is an experienced professional in customer operations and management, currently serving as the Director of Customer Operations at Clarity Voice since January 2012. In this role, Jason conducts assessments, manages vendor relationships, oversees recruitment and employee performance, and ensures high levels of customer service. Jason is responsible for training teams on new markets and maintaining equipment inventory while identifying process improvements for cost savings and productivity enhancements. Prior to this, Jason worked as the Senior Manager of Provisioning at BullsEye Telecom from June 2001 to November 2011, developing extensive expertise in operational leadership and customer-focused strategies.
