Jana Rsumovic

Jana Rsumovic is a Service Operations Manager for Intellectual Property at Clarivate since December 2024. Prior to this role, Jana held several positions at Hyperoptic from September 2019 to December 2024, including Customer Experience & Governance Lead, Customer Service Supervisor, Customer Satisfaction Executive, and Customer Support Specialist. Jana also gained experience as a Logistics Specialist at NCR Corporation from August 2018 to August 2019. Currently, Jana is pursuing studies at the University of Belgrade, having started in September 2015.
