Michael Scanlan

Michael trained as a Quantity Surveyor at Wakemans Quantity Surveyors. He then spent time at a major Scottish main contractor before moving to Barbados for 4 years where he was General Manager of a design and build contractor delivering projects up to $120m. He started at Clark Contracts in 2006 as a Quantity Surveyor, progressing to Senior Quantity Surveyor and then Commercial Manager before being appointed as Business Unit Manager for Construction Division in 2011 before joining the Board of Directors in 2013.

Michael oversees the delivery of Construction and Retail projects between £1m - £20m and has been instrumental in the strategic development of the design and build offering.
