Kathy Abbott-Booth

Kathy Abbott-Booth has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources. Kathy is currently the Human Resources Director at Clark Pacific, a position they started in June 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Human Resources Manager at Air International Thermal Systems from October 2020 to June 2021. Kathy's previous role was as the Director of Human Resources at HOMEWOOD HOLDINGS; LLC, where they managed a team of 3 and was responsible for HR accountability across 8 facilities. Kathy played a key role in driving operational mergers and onboarding multiple companies into one system. Before that, Kathy worked at Matheson Inc. as a Human Resources Manager, where they developed and implemented a talent acquisition strategy and oversaw training standards. Kathy also served as a Senior HR Business Partner, managing performance management systems and employee relations. Prior to that, Kathy worked at EMQ Families First as a Regional HR Business Partner, where they played a crucial role in post-merger implementation, staff recruitment, and HR system selection and implementation.

Kathy Abbott-Booth is currently attending the University of Phoenix, pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Human Resources Management. Kathy also holds a specialty credential in Workplace Investigations from the Society for Human Resources Management. Additionally, Kathy is certified in People Management Qualification (PMQ) by the Society of Human Resources Management.
