William J. Dunaway is an experienced attorney specializing in environmental and land use law at Clark Partington since July 2006. Prior to this, William served in the United States Navy from May 1986 to September 2006, holding various roles including Surface Warfare Officer and positions in the Judge Advocate General's Corps, where responsibilities included trial counsel, defense counsel, staff judge advocate, military judge, and environmental counsel. William earned an LL.M. in Environmental Law from The George Washington University Law School, a J.D. from the University of Mississippi School of Law, and a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Mississippi.
