Alexandra Madden

Alex Madden is a legal professional with extensive experience in private company transactions and mergers and acquisitions as an Associate at Clark Wilson LLP since May 2018. Previous roles include serving as a Legal Intern at G-PAK Technology Inc., where responsibilities encompassed managing investor relations, patent research, drafting various legal documents, and assisting with a real estate transaction. Academic involvement includes election as the Academic Council Representative at the Peter A. Allard School of Law at UBC, serving as an Assistant Editor for the UBC Law Review, and participation in the Appointments Committee. Alex holds a Juris Doctor with a concentration in Business Law from the Peter A. Allard School of Law at UBC and a Bachelor's Degree in English Language and Literature from Pepperdine University. Additional experience includes leadership roles in educational and cultural initiatives, as well as participation in youth engagement for the 2010 Winter Olympics.
