Philippa McLaurin Stanton, MBA, PHR has a strong background in human resources and workforce development. Philippa started their career as a Human Resources Specialist at Duron Paints & Wallcoverings, where they supported over 300 employees and was responsible for recruiting, employee relations, and development. Philippa then transitioned to the role of Corporate Employment Manager, overseeing recruitment and hiring for 128 stores in the Baltimore/Eastern Shore territory. Philippa also served as a Human Resources Field Manager, providing day-to-day HR support to district managers.

Following their time at Duron Paints, Philippa worked as a Human Resources Manager at The Sherwin-Williams Company. In this role, they managed HR functions and supported the employee workforce. Philippa then joined Express Employment Professionals as a Recruiter before becoming an HR Business Partner at ClarkDietrich Building Systems.

Most recently, Philippa has been working as a Workforce Development CLA at the Greater Henry SHRM Chapter. Their experience encompasses a broad range of HR responsibilities, including recruitment, employee relations, and development.

Philippa further pursued their education at Walden University, earning their M.B.A. degree with a specialization in Business Administration and HR Management.
