Daniel currently serves as the Global Head of Health & Safety & Wellbeing at Clarks, where they are responsible for developing the company's global health and safety strategy and ensuring compliance. Daniel M. has a diverse education history. Daniel earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of the West of England in 2007. Daniel then pursued further education, completing a Level 6 Diploma in Certified Security Management Professional (CSMP) from the International Security Management Institute in 2014. In 2015, Daniel obtained an IOSH Managing Safely certification. In 2016, they achieved a Nebosh General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety and a Level 7 Award in Strategic Management and Leadership from the Chartered Management Institute. In 2017, they received a Certified Ergonomics and Human Factors DSE Assessor Training Course certification from the Chartered Institute of Ergonomics and Human Factors. Additionally, in 2018, Daniel earned an IOSH Leading Safely certification and a Grad IOSH membership. Daniel also completed the Nebosh Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety. In 2019, they became a Chartered Safety and Health Practitioner (CMIOSH) through IOSH and a Chartered Manager (CMgr MCMI) through the Chartered Management Institute. Currently, Daniel is enrolled in the University of Strathclyde pursuing an MSc in Safety and Risk Management, which will be completed in 2022.
