Liz Thomas

Liz Thomas has extensive experience in human resources and compliance, currently serving as a Compliance Manager and HR Business Partner for Clarks Distribution Centres since August 2010. Prior roles at Clarks include People Experience Advisor, Employee Relations Advisor, International Working Advisor on secondment, Employee Relations Coordinator, and HR Data Team Leader, overseeing organizational management on SAP HR for the global business. Prior to joining Clarks, Liz Thomas worked at Somerset County Council from August 2009 to August 2010, where roles included Business Administrator Apprentice and Customer Care Duty Manager.
