Susan Muchler, RN, MSN, MBA, FACHE, is an accomplished healthcare executive with extensive experience in case management and operational improvements. Currently serving as the Assistant Vice President and Senior Advisory Consultant at Claro Healthcare since March 2024, Susan previously held the position of Vice President of Case Management at Quorum Health from April 2016 to August 2023, where responsibilities included care management and utilization management.
