Ing. Ricardo Castro-Guzman

Ing. Ricardo Castro-Guzman is an experienced professional in information technology and network management, currently serving as the Infrastructure Network and Technical Support Manager at Claro Puerto Rico since October 2018. Responsibilities include overseeing the architecture, design, automation, availability, and security of networks and infrastructure, while ensuring compliance with industry standards alongside the Information Security team. Prior to this, Ricardo held positions such as Information Technology Manager at Edic College, where oversight of technology functions and communication systems was key, and IT Manager at Steel and Pipes, Inc., managing software administration and technical support. Additional roles include Network Engineer at EVERTEC, IT Manager at Caribbean Restaurants, and IT Manager for the Caribbean Region at Warren del Caribe. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Management Information Systems, a B.B.A. in Management Information Systems and Services, and a BE in Engineering/Industrial Management.
