Javier M. Santos is an experienced marketing and product development professional currently serving as the Marketing and Product Development Manager at Claro Puerto Rico since October 2018, where responsibilities include defining the positioning and messaging of products and services as well as planning and executing releases and launches. Previously, Javier held the roles of Product Development Engineer and Product Administrator at Claro Puerto Rico from January 2013 to August 2018. Educational qualifications include a Post Graduate Program in Cyber Security from the Texas McCombs School of Business (June 2022 - October 2022) and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Information Technology Management from Western Governors University (2013 - 2015).
