Flo Speakman

Flo Speakman's work experience includes several roles in different companies. Flo is currently working as the Head of Operations (COO) at Clarus IT Solutions since March 2021. In this role, they focus on evaluating customers' IT infrastructure, understanding their business needs, and documenting their technology and business process objectives.

In 2022, Flo took on a new role as the Co-Host of Delivery Diaries: The Podcast, which they started with their friend Brandy Breth. The podcast is dedicated to the creation of family.

Before joining Clarus IT Solutions and starting the podcast, Flo worked at KARRASS® Effective Negotiating as the Director of Operations from February 2016 to March 2021.

From 2009 to 2016, Flo served as the Operations Manager at Sunset Bronson Studios. Flo managed multimillion capital improvement projects, handled short-term client relationships with high-profile clients, and played a crucial role in the studio's operations during a major facility redesign and construction.

Prior to that, Flo worked as a Producer/Independent Film Professional from June 2006 to December 2015, running their own business.

Flo Speakman attended Columbia College Chicago from 1999 to 2002, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Film Production.
