Eric Welch

Eric Welch, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning over many years. Eric has held various leadership roles in the field of Information Technology. Starting in 1998 at Fidelity Investments, Eric served as the Director of Data Center Network Infrastructure and later as the Enterprise IT Application and Hardware Support Manager. Eric also worked as an IT PMO Manager at Associa and as a Data Center Consultant at Ulichnie Consulting.

In 2011, Eric became a Franchise Owner of LearningRx brain training centers, where they successfully managed and sold two centers. Following that, they joined Lifecycle Biotechnologies, LP as the Director of IT & Business Operations and was responsible for revamping and modernizing all business technology. Eric then moved on to their role as a CIO/VP of IT at National Switchgear, an IPS Company, where they led and transformed the entire technology landscape across companies and divisions.

In 2023, Eric joined Integrated Power Services and later Clarus as the Director of Information Technology. Throughout their career, Eric has demonstrated expertise in implementing new technology, cloud migration, disaster recovery planning, and vendor management. Eric has consistently achieved successful outcomes and has played a significant role in improving system uptime, implementing holistic approaches, and managing various vendors across platforms.

Eric Welch holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management, General from The University of Dallas. Prior to their MBA, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a focus on Management Information Systems from The University of Texas at El Paso. In addition to their formal education, Eric has also obtained the certification of AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services in September 2018.
