Volodymyr Tykhonov

Volodymyr Tykhonov has had a diverse career in software development, finance, and IT. Volodymyr began their career in 2005 as the Head of IT Department at PJSC CB @Active Bank. From 2014-2015, they were the Head of IT Department at PJSC CB Standart and PJSC CB Commercial industrial bank. From 2015-2018, they worked as an Advisor to the Minister of Finance Ukraine, Advisor to the Deputy Minister of Finance of Ukraine, Deputy Head of IT Department, and Advisor to the Deputy Minister of Finance of Ukraine at the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine. In 2018, they became the Chief Technology Officer at Open Public Finance/ Відкриті публічні фінанси. Most recently, in 2021, they have worked as a Software Development Manager and Senior Application Developer at Oracle, as well as a Co-Founder and CTO at Clasee.

Volodymyr Tykhonov obtained a Master's degree in Economic Cybernetics from Kyiv National Economics University between 2002 and 2007.
