Jamie Zwick

Jamie Zwick is an experienced food scientist currently serving as a Senior Food Scientist at Clasen Quality Chocolate since June 2015, where responsibilities include leading the development of innovative chocolate and confectionery coatings for various applications, particularly ice cream and frozen novelty products. Prior roles at Clasen include Food Scientist and Associate Food Scientist, contributing to customer projects and refining manufacturing processes. Earlier experience includes research roles at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, focusing on food science and sensory analysis, and an internship at Kraft Foods Group, where a project on processing techniques for Velveeta Shells and Cheese was led.
