Whitney "Blair" Dingeman, SRA, MNAA, HMS has extensive experience in the field of appraisals and valuation. Whitney "Blair" currently serves as a Board Member and Chair of the Fundraising Committee for the National Association of Appraisers. Prior to this, they held the position of Vice President of Compliance at Class Valuation.

In 2021, they worked at AppraisalTek where they served as the Director of Valuation and then as a Senior Valuation Strategist. Before that, they were the Chief Appraiser/Property Evaluation Manager at 1st Reverse Mortgage USA / 1st Mortgage Solutions USA.

From 2015 to 2020, Blair worked at Equity Solutions USA, Inc. as the Vice President, Chief Appraiser/Compliance Officer. Whitney "Blair" was responsible for ensuring compliance with state and federal laws and guidelines, as well as maintaining a high-quality vendor panel for each product type.

Earlier in their career, Blair held various roles at Axis Appraisal Management Solutions, Inc., including Vendor Manager and Senior Quality Control Appraiser. Whitney "Blair" also co-owned Priority Appraisal, LLC, where they served as the Chief Appraiser and held the SRA designation.

Blair began their career in 1992 as an Appraiser and Office Manager at The Academy Group, LLC. Whitney "Blair" has a solid foundation in appraisals and valuation, and their extensive experience reflects their expertise in the field.

Whitney "Blair" Dingeman's education history begins with attending Oldham County High School from 1984 to 1988. It is not specified whether they obtained a degree or pursued a specific field of study during this time.

In terms of additional certifications, in 2004, Whitney Dingeman became a Certified Real Estate Appraiser through the Arizona Board of Appraisal. Most recently, in May 2020, Whitney Dingeman obtained the Home Measurement Specialist certification from the Institute of Housing Technologies, LLC.
