Kana Shiota

Kana Shiota currently serves as Head of Learning and Development at ClassDojo since March 2023. Prior to this role, Kana was a Program Manager in Learning and Development at Lyft and held several positions at NovoEd, including Senior Instructional Programs Manager, where leadership in professional services and client collaboration was key. Kana's experience also includes roles at Stanford Graduate School of Business, managing global experiences and career education programs, and a research assistantship at Harvard University focusing on global citizenship curriculum development. Earlier in the career, Kana worked at Procter & Gamble in Learning and Development.
