Sergio Pichardo has a diverse range of work experience in customer success and management roles. Sergio is currently the Head of Customer Success at Classgap since March 2023, after previously serving as the Customer Success Lead and Customer Success Manager at the same company. Prior to that, Sergio worked as a Program Manager at Classgap from September 2021 to January 2022. In 2023, Sergio joined TUS Media as the Head of Customer Success. Before that, they were a Customer Success Specialist at Westwing from April 2020 to May 2021, and at Gamo Outdoor, SLU from May 2019 to February 2020. Sergio also had a significant role as the Customer Success team lead for the Tous project at SELLBYTEL Group Spain from November 2014 to June 2018. Sergio started their career as a Vendedor for Movistar at SALESLAND from January 2008 to June 2012.
Sergio Pichardo obtained a Bachelor's degree in Cultural Anthropology from the Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia - U.N.E.D., from the academic year 2014 to 2025.
