Ray Kim

Ray Kim has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Software Engineer Intern at BetterFit Technologies in 2013. Ray then went on to work as a Software Engineer at Glasslight Technologies Corporation in 2013. In 2014, they interned as an iOS Engineer at Wearhaus Inc. The following year, they worked as a Web Developer Intern at Wearhaus Inc. and as a Student Developer at Harvard University.

Ray joined Capital One in 2016 as an iOS Engineer and worked in that role for a year. Ray then transitioned to ClassPass in 2018 as an iOS Engineer and was later promoted to Senior Software Engineer. Ray worked on various updates and improvements to the ClassPass app, such as the upcoming reservations widget, search start screen iterations, search filters revamp, and concierge improvements. In 2021, they became an Engineering Manager of the Growth Squad at ClassPass, where they contributed to career development, website redesign, trial upgrades, and technical initiatives.

Ray Kim attended Plainview-Old Bethpage John F. Kennedy High School from 2008 to 2012, where they achieved the honor of being the Valedictorian of the Class of 2012. Subsequently, they pursued higher education at Harvard University from 2012 to 2016, earning a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Computer Science. In 2015, they also briefly studied at UCL, where they pursued another Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science.
