Stuart Johnsen

Stuart Johnsen has a diverse range of work experience in the field of software engineering and electrical engineering. Stuart most recently worked at ClassPass as a Senior Software Engineer starting in 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Software Engineer II at Nox Health in 2022.

From 2020 to 2022, Stuart worked at ReliaQuest as a Software Engineer, where they collaborated with product teams to develop new feature solutions and microservices for the GreyMatter cybersecurity platform. Stuart was involved in the design, implementation, and maintenance of core GreyMatter capabilities using Java, Springboot, Typescript, and React.

Stuart also worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Sorenson Communications in 2020, where they contributed to software development projects. Before that, they were a Software Engineer at Cricut from 2017 to 2020, specializing in C++ development for customer-facing features and proof-of-concept projects.

Their earlier work experiences include a summer internship as a Patent Engineering Intern at Holland & Hart LLP in 2016, where they gained experience in patent analysis and preparation. Stuart also worked as an Electrical Engineering Intern at Coda Octopus Colmek in 2015, specializing in electrical engineering tasks. In addition, Stuart had internships at Panasonic Research and Development Company of America and Moog Medical Devices Group in 2015 and 2012 respectively, where they gained further experience in software engineering and electrical engineering.

Stuart's earliest work experience was as an Electrical Engineering Intern at T.D. Williamson in 2012, where they gained experience in creating wiring diagram documentation for oil pipeline inspection tools and testing electronics.

Throughout their career, Stuart has demonstrated their expertise in software and electrical engineering, with a focus on developing innovative solutions and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Stuart Johnsen obtained their high school diploma from Olympus High School between 2006 and 2009. Later on, they attended the University of Utah from 2012 to 2017, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering. In 2016 and 2017, they further pursued their education at the same university and completed a Master of Science degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering.
