Tim AhSing has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Tim started their career in 2005 as an Assistant Manager at Sunset Parking Service, where they worked until 2009. In 2008, they also briefly served as a Camp Coordinator at YMCA of San Diego County.
In 2009, Tim joined Enterprise Rent a Car as an Assistant Manager and Sales Representative. With their success in sales, marketing, and customer service, they were quickly promoted to manage the Gardena branch and eventually the larger branch at Long Beach Airport. In this role, they supervised a team of 11 employees and oversaw a fleet of over 700 cars. Tim stayed with the company until 2013.
Following their time at Enterprise, Tim joined The ACTIVE Network as an Account Executive in 2013. Tim cultivated territories, conducted software solution demonstrations, managed the sales cycle from prospecting to closing, and trained new sales representatives. Tim left the company in 2014.
Tim then joined Classy.org, the world's first operating system for social impact. Starting as an Account Executive, they worked from 2014 to 2016, helping social enterprises raise funds and organizing social innovation events. Tim was then promoted to Sales Manager, a role they held from 2016 to 2018, before becoming a Mid Market Account Executive. In 2019, they further advanced to become a Sr Renewal & Expansion Manager.
Throughout their various roles, Tim has consistently demonstrated success in sales, account management, and team leadership.
Tim AhSing attended Sacramento City College from 2003 to 2005. Tim did not obtain a degree or specify a field of study during this time. Subsequently, from 2006 to 2008, Tim pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Recreation Tourism Management at San Diego State University.
