Clarisa Cué

Clarisa received a Bachelors Degree in Psychology from Universidad Iberoamericana, Mexico City in 2017. After spending two months volunteering at Chiapas and one month at India, she came back to Mexico and experienced her first job as a head hunter, but she realized that big corps wasn't where she wanted to be.

In 2018, she met Victor and Bernardo and got the opportunity to work in a fast paced environment at STARTegy, after a year, she din't hesitate to migrate to Flat as People Manager. Since then, she has helped build Flat and its team from the ground up. She currently oversees the HR department including administrative processes, defining and implementing the organizational culture and hiring best in class talent, striving to make Flat an ideal place to work.
