Lizzy Donahue

Lizzy Donahue is a Senior Software Engineer at Clavata since April 2024, previously serving as the Trust & Safety Engineer Team Lead at Clubhouse from May 2022 to May 2023, where contributions included the development of a strike system and spam prevention measures. From September 2014 to May 2022, Lizzy held the position of Software Engineer V at Facebook, focusing on integrity issues for the Oculus platform and VR app Horizon, while also working on user privacy and employing machine learning for content monitoring. Earlier experiences include roles as a Global Social Benefit Fellow at Equal Access, a Software Engineering Intern at Cisco Systems, and a Technovation Challenge TA at Iridescent. Lizzy holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Engineering from Santa Clara University, completed in 2014, and attended Oak Park River Forest High School prior to that.
