Nancy Dong

Nancy Dong is an experienced professional currently serving as the Partnerships Lead at Clay since November 2024. Previously, Nancy founded and served as CEO of Punchcard from November 2021 to May 2024, focusing on enabling B2B companies to utilize data for revenue decisions. Nancy's investment experience includes a role as Investor and Entrepreneur-in-Residence at FJ Labs, where investments were made in global seed and Series A marketplaces. Prior to these roles, Nancy held several positions at Uber from July 2014 to August 2018, including LATAM Head of Regional Eater Operations for Uber Eats, where global operations and analytics were led, and played a key role in market expansion in multiple countries. Nancy began their career as a Business Analyst at Deloitte Consulting and completed a summer internship at Goldman Sachs. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Economics and Political Science from Northwestern University.
