Tracey Happy

Tracey Happy has extensive experience in law enforcement and emergency services, notably serving at the Clay County Sheriff's Office since September 2017 in various roles including Records Clerk at the Clay County Detention Center, NIJO Accreditation Clerk in the Professional Standards Unit, and Control Center Operator. Prior to this, Tracey Happy worked as a Probation/Parole Officer II with the State of Missouri from November 1996 to December 2018 and as an Emergency Dispatcher at Ray County Central Dispatch from July 2008 to September 2017. Tracey Happy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Sciences from Presbyterian College, attended Clemson University for Secondary Education, and has a strong background in coordinating with multiple law enforcement agencies and managing emergency response communications.
