Leo C. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and healthcare innovation. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Product at Collective Health since July 2016, Leo leads customer-facing product teams and AI development initiatives. Leo also serves on the Board of Directors for the Clayton Christensen Institute, focusing on disruptive innovation in education and healthcare, and is part of the Execs on Deck Fellowship. Additionally, Leo has experience as a Caregiver and Patient Advocate at Keck Medicine of USC, advises on product and strategy at LingoHealth, and has held roles at Rev.com, Vector Capital, and in private equity. Educational accomplishments include an MBA from Harvard Business School and multiple degrees from the University of Pennsylvania, including Bioengineering and a triple concentration in Finance, Management, and Business Economics from The Wharton School.
