Michael Woeste

Michael Woeste has extensive experience in operations, warehousing, advanced manufacturing, supply chain development, and technical engineering. Michael began their career in 2011 as a volunteer with Habitat for Humanity of Metro Louisville, where they gained experience in basic construction skills. In 2012, they interned with Lexmark International Inc as a Mechanical HW Engineering Student, where they assisted with a range of projects and performance tests, and presented their findings in the Career Start Symposium. From 2013-2014, they worked as a Technical Co-Op (NTC) with GE Appliances, where they held roles as a Business Team Leader, Purchasing Product Manager, and Supply Chain Co-Op. In 2015, they were promoted to Lead Advanced Manufacturing Engineer - Refrigeration and Senior Warehousing Program Manager in 2016. In 2022, they were appointed Director of Operations at Clayton & Crume.

Michael Woeste attended Saint Xavier High School from 2007 to 2011, where they earned their High School Diploma. Michael then attended the University of Dayton's Honors College from 2011 to 2015, earning a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.
