Michael Langston

Michael Langston holds a B.S. in Industrial Hygiene from the University of Central Missouri and has extensive experience in environmental, safety, and health (ES&H) leadership across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President of ES&H at Clean Earth since October 2023, previous roles include Senior Safety Director FNA at Mohawk Industries and Group Director of Safety at AmeriGas. Notable achievements include the creation of the Emerson Global Safety and Health commitment statement, development of 20 global safety standards, implementation of safety award programs, and significant reductions in recordable injury rates at companies such as Emerson and Fisher Controls International LLC. Langston has a strong track record in enhancing safety cultures, implementing comprehensive training programs, and conducting detailed safety audits to improve workplace safety performance.
