Keith Pronske

Keith Pronske has extensive experience in the energy industry. Keith started their career at The AES Corporation as a Project Manager, overseeing the technical aspects of various power plant projects. Keith then joined Plasmawaste, Inc. as Vice President for a brief period. Following that, Keith worked as a Consultant at BKi, where they played a key role in the development and acquisition phases of coal-fired power plants in Northern Ireland and Portugal. Keith later joined TRACTEBEL - ENGIE GROUP as Vice President of Business Development, where they led the acquisition of a 3,700 MW generation company in Brazil and the development of a hydro-electric plant in Brazil, along with other projects in Latin America. Keith's most recent position was as President and CEO of Clean Energy Systems, Inc., where they successfully raised over $125 million and shifted the company culture towards manufacturing and solutions provision for the energy industry.

Keith Pronske has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Davis. Keith also holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from San Francisco State University.
