Brian Sabina

Brian Sabina is the Founder and CEO of Clean Energy Terminals, a project developer focused on port facilities for offshore wind deployment, a role undertaken since March 2023. Brian serves on the Advisory Board of the Business Network for Offshore Wind since April 2020. Previously, Brian held significant positions at the New Jersey Economic Development Authority (NJEDA), including Special Advisor to the CEO and Chief Economic Growth Officer, where strategic economic and wind port development was led, culminating in the establishment of the New Jersey Wind Port. Additional experience includes roles as Senior Vice President at the New Jersey Commission on Science, Innovation, and Technology, and as Senior Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company, directing economic development and public sector projects globally. Brian's educational background includes an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Masters of Public Policy from the Harris School of Public Policy at the University of Chicago.
